A MAN who failed to provide a specimen of breath to police officers was banned from driving when he appeared in court.
Ricky Lee Petcher, 31, of Lowther Crescent, Walney, was charged with failing to provide the specimen at Barrow police station on June 19.
Appearing at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on July 10, he pleaded guilty to the charge.
Petcher was sentenced to 100 hours of unpaid work, banned from driving for 40 months and asked to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
