EMERGENCY services were called out after a woman fell in South Lakes.
Paramedics from the North West Ambulance Service and Coniston Mountain Rescue Team (CMRT) were called to assist a woman after a fall in Grizedale Forest on June 27.
When at the scene she was found to have a 'possible injury to her leg and pelvis', said a spokesman from CMRT.
Members of the CMRT treated the woman for her injuries and was placed in a vacuum mattress to hold her body rigid. She was then taken to Furness General Hospital by paramedics.
