A MAN was assaulted in the early hours of the morning on Walney, police said.
Detectives are investigating an incident at around 2am on Friday at the junction of Baden Powell Street and the Promenade, Walney.
The incident involved a man and an unknown person. The man received minor injuries. Contact police on 101 quoting log number 107 of June 21.
