FOLLOWING the overwhelming success of the Heart of Ulverston awards, The Mail has teamed up with sister paper The Westmorland Gazette to celebrate South Cumbria’s heroes.

The glittering awards ceremony will honour those who go the extra mile in the community from across the south of the county.

We need you to put forward these people for the South Cumbria Community Heroes Awards so we can all celebrate the contributions they make to our towns and villages.
