THE Ireleth Temperance Hall, on Saves Lane, is hosting sixth separate yoga events.

The relaxation evenings will take place e venue from 7pm until 8.30pm

The yoga evenings are being hosted by wellbeing tutor Hilary Grieve, who runs Chill with Hil Yoga.

The sessions will concentrate on aspects of mindful, gentle yoga to relax, restore and reconnect, while helping the body and improving breathing.

Booking is essential and costs £39 in total.
