PACE: A team of five from Millom Striders Running Club took part in the Tidal Triple series over the weekend, introducing runners to three coastal route challenges to make a three-day back-to-back marathon bonanza, which took place in Rampside, Barrow and Walney.
The Millom running group are a Striders' Colour Run on Sunday 21st July at Millom School, which starts at 1.30pm.
