INVESTIGATIONS are ongoing nearly three months after a man died following a cardiac arrest on a train .
The family of David Clark, who was 56 and from Grange, previously paid tribute to their "sadly missed" husband and father following an incident on a Barrow-bound train on March 2.
A 22-year-old woman from Flookburgh and a 32-year-old man from Grange were arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
They were later released on police bail as further enquiries continue.
Now, a British Transport Police spokesman has confirmed the pair have been re-bailed until September.
The incident happened at Silverdale on board the 8.45pm Northern service travelling between Preston and Barrow.
A large number of emergency services were called to the station to deal with the incident.
In a statement released through police in the days after his death, Mr Clark's family said: "David was a very popular character in the local community.
"One thing that we have been shown through this tragedy is that David will be so sadly missed by his many friends.”
