FIRE: Windermere fire crew responds to car fire
A FIRE crew responded to a car fire in South Lakes.
A fire engine attended a car which was ablaze in Windermere yesterday morning.
The incident took place at approximately 7.42am on Thursday morning.
One fire engine from Windermere fire station attended the fire which took place in Windermere.
Firefighters used one breathing apparatus as well as two hosereel jets to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance of the scene for approximately 45 minutes.
