A POPULAR attraction in Cumbria has had a creative and reinvigorating makeover.

The World of Beatrix Potter, in Bowness, has seen an incredible leaf-themed redesign, with stunning new displays that were not only beautiful works of art in themselves, but will help visitors navigate through the attraction on the self-guided tour.

A team of creatives developed the idea of collages made up from thousands of artificial maple leaves to float like clouds above the main displays, which will provide a 3D surface upon which moving content will be projected.

Sarah Melhuish, attraction marketing manager, said: "This is the biggest addition to the attraction in recent years and reaction from our visitors has been outstanding."

Cumbian AV firm Soundsmith, chose two projectors, which have been installed in the attraction foyer to improve visitor experience, while a more powerful projector has been installed in the Old Laundry Theatre for the musical adventure Where is Peter Rabbit? theatre show.
