She wrote: "In Ulverston Victoria High School Wind Band, I play the flute.

"I enjoy being in the band because I feel it helps me with my sight-reading, timing and rhythm ā€“ not to mention the range of musical styles we play!

"In July this year, we are going on tour to Italy.

"Iā€™m very excited to go on the trip to Italy for lots of reasons.

"It will be interesting to see and learn about a different culture and what their musical styles are."

Dylan also plays the flute within the band.

He wrote that the band is a great way of making friends and gaining new experiences within Ulverston and across different countries.

He wrote: "Being in wind band is such a good thing for me.

"It means that I can make friends throughout the school and gives me amazing experiences such as performing in front of hundreds of people or travelling around Europe on tour.

"I am particularly looking forward to the tour this summer to Lake Garda and Verona.

"There we will be spending eight days doing concerts and enjoying the sights of Italy.

"We will have four concerts in total in which we play a fantastic set list of roughly two hours.

"I'm really looking forward to the trip."
