PROMISING dancers took part in a special workshop at a secondary school.
More than thirty GCSE dance students at Dowdales School in Dalton were selected to take part in the session by The Lowry, Manchester at the school's performing arts centre.
The Lowry Centre for Advance Training Scheme provides high quality training and nurturing in dance to students who wish to progress towards full time training.
It will help them develop their skills and learn about progression in dance beyond the school.
