AN earthquake was registered by a monitoring station in Ulpha today.
Readings from the station showed small amounts of seismic activity between 6am and 7am in the area.
Another earthquake was recorded nearby in Bootle 10 days ago
The tremor, which measured 2.2 on the Richter scale, was also said to have been felt in Ulverston on April 13.
