TO celebrate Easter, Barrow Market had a range of fun activities for children and customers to get involved with.
From face painting to a rare opportunity for a meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny - Barrow Market was the place to be.
Based at the Portland Walk entrance children had the opportunity to be transformed into lions, butterflies, tigers with some fantastic face painting skills on display.
Not too far away was also the Easter Bunny greeting everyone as they arrived through the entrance.
Market attendant Sue Rathbone said: "We had a pretty busy morning and it was great to see people embracing Easter here in the market.
"The traders sell all sorts of things to help cool people down in this hot weather and Jay Jay's Sweets Treats had the most fantastic spread of Easter goodies for people to purchase."
Owned by Sharon Mulroy, Jay Jay's Sweet Treats had it all, from uniquely decorated baskets to some amazing flannels that had been shaped into a bunny holding a creme egg.
Fern Myatt staff member at Jay Jay's Sweats Treats said: "Sharon has such amazing and creative ideas.
"This Easter she has created a whole range of different things from Tutu baskets filled with all sorts of chocolates to ice-cream cones filled with goodies."
