Two fire crew tackled the blaze
TWO teams of firefighters travelled to a fire involving a wood burning furnace.
The blaze happened on Thursday evening before 5.30pm on Waterbarrow, Ambleside.
Fire engines were despatched from Ambleside and Coniston.
Crews used a hose reel, jet and small tools to extinguish the fire after 45 minutes.
