BARROW Raiders' stars put Millom School pupils through their paces ahead of a quarter-final showdown next week.
A Year Seven team have seen off the competition to progress to the Champion School's final eight and will face off against Warrington at Millom Rugby Club on Thursday afternoon.
In preparation, the Championship side’s players, which included those of Papua New Guinea, took the young pupils through drills to improve their defence and attack.
Head of PE and rugby coach Steve Olliver said: “We’re aware Dowdales School from Dalton won the Champion Schools Final in 2010, so we’re using that as inspiration.”
