Shoppers have been arriving at Bingley's new Lidl store today for its long-awaited opening - only to discover the date has changed.
The supermarket's opening was originally scheduled for today, but the company announced at the beginning of the month that it is now set to open on Thursday, May 23.

The new store, in the town's Main Street, will create up to 40 new jobs.
A spokesperson for the supermarket said it represents a "multi-million pound investment", will have a 1,325m² sales area with facilities including an in-store bakery, customer toilets, plus "ample parking" for cars and bicycles."
