LAKELAND Arts is holding a series of fun family sessions across its venues, including From Forest to Fleet taking place at the new Windermere Jetty Museum of Boats, Steam and Stories until May 6, apart from April 5,8 and 9. It is a temporary installation for families to learn about nautical flags, nature and traditional boatbuilding, designed by well-known artist Hannah Fox and carpenter Duncan Copley. Elsewhere, at Blackwell, The Arts and Crafts House, Bowness, families can enjoy Patterns from Nature printmaking workshops, from April 11-13, and April 18-20. For details telephone 015394-46139.
