POLICE are urging people to ensure their doors are locked before going to bed after burglars raided a Workington house.
The suspects have entered a house on Brayton Street through an unlocked front door between 10.30pm on Friday and 6.30am the following morning.
Items including a purse, wallet, phone, a ring and laptop were taken.
A police spokesman said: "Residents are reminded to double check their doors are locked before going to bed.
"If anybody finds any documentation including driving licences, cards, wallets that could be related to this incident, please hand them in at your local police station."
