Urswick litter pick
CIVIC-MINDED residents collected a huge amount of rubbish during a community litter pick.
Members of the Great and Little Urswick community tackled a stretch of the road leading to the A590 including the bus shelter.
The litter pick took place on Sunday morning with some residents spending the full day picking up rubbish.
Arrangements have been made for council waste refuse collectors to pick up the bags.
Organisers thanked everyone who turned out to help.
