A SNOW weather warning has been issued for this weekend.
The Met Office has warned there is a chance of snow between 4am and 9pm on Saturday.
This could cause travel disruption, especially over higher ground.
Areas expected to be affected include Millom and much of the West Coast.
The Met Office has also issued a yellow weather warning for wind across much of the south coast, with Barrow, Ulverston and Grange all expected to be affected.
Strong winds are expected between 4am and 9pm on Saturday.
The Met Office said coastal areas are likely to be affected and delays to public transport are likely, with the possibility of difficult driving conditions
