Firefighters urge safe cooking this February half term .
As part of the national fire safety campaign, Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service is encouraging parents and carers to make any kitchen activities a chance for children to learn about cooking safety.
They advise tips like: do not leave cooking unattended and an escape plan.
