Road closed after two-car crash
The A591 southbound has been closed between Windermere and Kendal after a two-car collision.
The incident has occurred between Winter Lane at Plantation Bridge and the A5284 Windermere Road at Plumgarths Roundabout, Burneside.
A diversion is in place via Burneside village, which is not suitable for lorries, and there is slow traffic in the area.
