Emergency services respond to death of a man in his 50s
A man in his 50's has died at a house in Barrow.
Police were called to a house on Vernon Street at around 2.30pm on Christmas eve.
A resident had called with concern for the welfare of an individual at a property on the Street.
A Spokeswoman for Cumbria Police confirmed officers attended the property and a man in his 50’s was found dead at the scene.
She said: "His death is not being treated as suspicious and the coroner has been informed."
