A MOTORIST must pay £450 after failing to pay and display.
Alexander Charles Danvers parked his Ford Fiesta at Hawkshead car park on June 1 and June 7 of this year but failed to buy a ticket.
Magistrates ordered the 21-year-old, of Halton, Lancaster, to pay £120 fine, £300 costs and a £30 surcharge.
