NEW HOMES: Ester Homes looking for approval from SLDC
FIVE new homes are planned to be built in Ulverston.
The application is for farmland Nook Farm, on Colt House Lane.
The applicant, Ester Homes, is seeking planning consent from South Lakeland District Council.
The company want to construct a pair of three-bedroom homes, and three four-bedroom dwellings.
The concrete-roofed houses would have render and stone walls, and uPVC doors and windows.
The land is allocated for housing in the South Lakeland local plan.
