GREENWOOD Susan (nee Burgin) Susan passed away on the 20th August, 2024 and a private funeral service was held at Thorncliffe Crematorium on the 2nd September. Alan would like to thank the doctors and nurses on Ward 9 and at Abbey View, FGH for the tender loving care they gave to both Susan and Alan, to Little and Caine for the care and attention to detail to the funeral, also to the staff at The Ship Inn, Bardsea for refreshments after the service, to Reverend Martin Williams who conducted the service so wonderfully and finally to Joanna, a good friend of Susan's who read the tribute to Susan that Alan wrote but did not know if he could read it himself; she did a wonderful job.
