THOMPSON, J J Sheila and family would like to sincerely thank everybody for the cards and messages of sympathy, support and donations for the Palliative Care and St. Mary's Hospice received over recent days. Special thanks to everyone involved in John's care especially the Palliative care team, Norwood District Nurses and St Marys Hospice care team, also Stuart Mathews for his comforting words and uplifting service and Pam and staff of Little and Caine for all the arrangements.
