X FACTOR winner Sam Bailey will be getting her teeth into a major stage show when she heads to Barrow with the Vampires Rock tour.

The internationally-acclaimed tour will be stopping at The Forum in March next year.

Chart-topping singer Sam will be stepping into the shoes of legendary performer Toyah Willcox, who played the lead part in the Ghost Train show for two years performing over 200 shows.

Sam will be joined on stage by creator of Vampires Rock Steve Steinman, plus a full cast of dancers, singers and musicians.

For the past 15 years, Vampires Rock has played to more than a million people and has a growing army of fans who follow the show year after year as it tours in all the major theatres and concert halls country-wide.

This hilarious musical concert tells a tongue-in-cheek story, with a spellbinding cast, guitar gods and sexy vampettes taking the audience on a ride through some of the greatest 80s anthems, including tracks from Queen, AC/DC, Meat Loaf, Journey, Guns 'n' Roses and many more.

Played live by the hand-picked band, and with a hint of comedy, all teamed with an amazing stage set and pyrotechnics show, it promises to be a rock spectacular not to be missed.

Previously unknown singer Sam Bailey made a name for herself winning the 10th series of The X Factor in 2013. Following her win, her debut single, a cover of Demi Lovato's Skyscraper, went straight into the UK Top 40 as the Christmas number one, and the subsequent album The Power of Love also hit the top spot.

As well as releasing a second album in 2016, she also starred as Mamma Morton in the UK tour of the musical Chicago.

Vampires Rock comes to The Forum on Saturday March 9, and tickets are available from the venue's box office now.
