NOTICE OF MAKING CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (Beauty Bank.Whitegate) (20 MPH speed limit) ORDER 2019

Notice is hereby given that, on the 11th April 2019 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 11th April 2019.

The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 20mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule.
