LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A) DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE -
LAND ON THE WEST SIDE OF HARVARD ROAD, CHAMBERHALL, BURY

Pursuant to section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, The Metropolitan Borough of Bury hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of land at Harvard Road, Chamberhall, Bury, being approximately 0.2ha/0.7acres. A copy of the plan showing the position of the land in question is available for inspection at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 OEJ.
This is a formal notice given in so far as the above described parcels of land consists or forms part of an open space for the purposes of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
