ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BADGER STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Badger St, Bury- Temporary Road Closure The closure is in place to enable excavation in carriageway Diversion route via Peter Street, Moorgate, Walmersley Road and vice versa. The proposed Order comes into operation on 07/06/21 and remains in force for up to 1 month (anticipated duration of works - 4 days) Dated 03/06/21 Council Solicitor

The closure is in place to enable cut back of trees over hanging carriageway.

Diversion route will be via Turton Road, Watling Street, Bradshaw Road and

Harwood Road and vice versa. The proposed order comes into operation on 08/06/21 and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 2 weeks) Dated 03/06/21 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (NURSERY ROAD, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along: -

The alternative diversion route is via Bury Old Rd, Heys Rd, Poppythorn

Ln, Nursery Rd and vice versa. The proposed Order comes into operation on 11/06/21 and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 1 day). Dated 03/06/21 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (CROSS LANE, RADCLIFFE) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2021 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Cross Lane, Radcliffe - North side footway between Butterworth Street and Cock Clod Street

The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate improvement works to a

debris screen on behalf of the Environment Agency

The alternative route will be via Cross Lane south side footway

The Order comes into operation on 03/06/21 and shall remain in force for up to 3

months (anticipated duration of the works - 8 weeks).
