BOROUGH COUNCIL (CHESTER ROAD, CUDDINGTON) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 Notice is hereby given that, on the 23rd February 2021 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which will come into force on 26th February 2021. The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit any vehicle from exceeding 50mph on the lengths of road specified in the schedule. Chester Road (A559) - from its junction with the A556 to its junction with Whitegate Lane Chester Road (Westbound slip road) - from its junction with Whitegate Lane for its full extents If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. 24th February 2021
