Bydd y gorchymyn uchod a wnaed ar lonawr 2021, os caiff ei gadarnhau, yn addasu'r Map Diffiniol a'r Datganiad ar gyfer yr ardal drwy ychwanegu atynt:

Llwybr cyhoeddus sy'n cychwyn o bwynt (dangosir gydag A ar Gynllun y Gorchymyn) ar yr A547 Ffordd Talargoch gan ddechrau yn SJ 05892 80662 a mynd I gyfeiriad y de ddwyrain am 42.8 metr hyd at bwynt SJ 05924 80663 (pwynt B ar Gynllun y Gorchymyn) ac yna'n parhau tua'r de ddwyrain yn gyffredinol am 59.2 metr hyd at bwynt yn SJ 05965 80592 (sef C ar Gynllun y Gorchymyn) ble mae'n ymuno gyda'r llwybr troed cyhoeddus 19 presennol a nodlrar Gynllun y Gorchymyn.
Lied: Mae'r llwybr tua 3 metr o led gyda chymysgedd o arwyneb gwalr a phrldd ym mhob pwynt a nodir ar Gynllun y Gorchymyn.
Cyfyngiadau: Y giat yn SJ 05294 80663 sydd wedl ei nodi fel pwynt B ar Gynllun y Gorchymyn.
Gellir gweld copi o'r mapiau a'r Gorchymyn am ddim yn swyddfeydd y Cyngor Sir yn Ffordd Wynnstay, Rhuthun, LL15 IYN. Oherwydd cyfyngiadau'r coronafeirws sy'n cyfyngu ar fynediad y cyhoedd i swyddfeydd, bydd modd i chi ymweld er mwyn archwilio copi o'r Gorchymyn a Map y Gorchymyn yn Swyddfeydd y Cyngor ond bydd angen i chi drefnu apwyntiad er mwyn gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn. Rhaid gwneud unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiad i'r Gorchymyn, yn ysgrifenedig at Tim Dillon, Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, Neuadd y Sir, Ffordd Wynnstay Rhuthun ddim hwyrach na'r 5ed Mawrth 2021 a gofynnir i ymgeiswyr nodi ar ba sail y gwneir y rhain.
Os na wneir unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau i'r gorchymyn, neu os cant eu tynnu nSI, gall Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, yn hytrach na chyflwyno'r gorchymyn i Weinidogion Cymru, gadamhau'r gorchymyn ei hun. Os caiff y gorchymyn ei gyflwyno i Weinidogion Cymru, caiff unrhyw sylwadau neu wrthwynebjadau sydd wedi eu cyflwyno'n briodol eu hanfon gyda'r gorchymyn.

DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT OF PUBLIC RIGHTS OF WAY
FOR THE FORMER COUNTY OF CLWYD
Denbighshire County Council
(PUBLIC FOOTPATH BETWEEN FFORDD
TALARGOCH TO PUBLIC
FOOTPATH 19 MELIDEN IN COMMUNITY
OF PRESTATYN TOWN)
The above order made on 13 January 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding to them:
Adding to them
Public Footpath Between Ffordd Talargoch to Public Footpath 19 Meliden
A public footpath commencing from a point (marked A on the Order Plan) on the A547 Ffordd Talargoch starting at SJ 05892 80662 and running in a south easterly direction for 42.8 metres to a point at SJ 05924 80663 (marked point B on the Order Plan) and then continuing in a generally south easterly direction for 59.2 metres to a point at SJ 05965 80592 (marked C on the Order Plan) where it joins with existing public footpath 19 marked on the Order Plan.
Width: The path is approximately 3 metres wide with a mixed grass and earth surface at all points marked on the Order Plan.
Limitations: The gate at SJ 05294 80663 which is marked point B on the Order Plan.
A copy of the Order and maps may be seen free of charge at the County Council offices at Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, LL15 IYN. Due to the coronavirus restrictions limiting public access to offices, you may still visit to inspect a copy of the Order and Order Map at the Council Officers however it will be necessary to book an appointment to see a copy of the Order. In order to book an appointment, please call 01824 706004 during normal office hours. Alternatively, a hard or digital copy of the Order and Order Map can be sent via post or email if you contact

A copy of the Order and Order Map will be displayed on the Community Centre Noticeboard in Meliden.
Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to Tim Dillon, Legal Services, Denbighshire County Council, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin not later than 5 March 2021 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections relating to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, Denbighshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Welsh Ministers, may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Welsh Ministers, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
