DEDDF RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984
Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1) i (3), 4(2), a Rhan III a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9, Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, a'rholl bwerau galluogl eralll I gyflwyno gwaharddlad ar gyfyngu ar aros a llwytho fel y nodlr yn yr Atodlenni Isod.
Bydd eithriadau yn y Gorchymyn arfaethedlg i ganiatau aros ar y darnau ffordd y cyfeirir atynt yn Atodlen 1 a 2 at ddlbenlon gollwng, casglu, gwneud gwaith cynnal a chadw, trwsio ac ati, ac yn Atodlen 1 yn unig, ar gyfer llwytho a dadlwytho.
Bydd, hefyd, eithriadau yn y Gorchymyn arfaethedig i ganiatau i gerbydau sy'n arddangos Bathodyn Person Anabl a Disg Parcio i Bobl Anabl aros ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn Atodlen 1 am gyfnod hyd at 3 awr (wedi'i wahanu gan gyfnod o 1 awr, o leiaf, ers cyfnod blaenorol o aros gan yr un cerbyd ar yr un diwrnod).
Bydd rhannau o Orchymyn Cadarnhau Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Mannau Parcio ary Stryd) 2004 sy'n cyfeirio at y darnau o ffordd y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlenni isod yn cael eu diddymu. Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau heb ei newid mewn perthynas a phob rhan arall.
Gellir darllen y dogfennau perthnasol yn ymwneud a'r cynigion yn fwy manwl ar wefan y cyngor ac yn Llyfrgell Llanelwy, Y Ro, Llanelwy, a hefyd yn swyddfeydd y cyngor yng Nghaledfryn, Ffordd y Ffair, Dinbych ac yn ei swyddfeydd yn Neuadd y Sir yn Rhuthun yn ystod oriau agor arferol.
Dylai unrhyw berson sy'n dymuno gwrthwynebu'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig wneud hynny drwy gyflwyno ymatebion i holiadur, sy'n ymwneud a'r cynigion, yn defnyddio gwefan Cyngor Sir Ddinbych dan Borth Sgwrs y Sir neu drwy anfon datganiad ysgrifenedig o wrthwynebiad, gan nodi ar ba sail y'u gwneir, i'r Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Adnoddau Dynol a Democrataidd, Cyngor Sir Ddinbych, Blwch Post 62, Rhuthun LL15 9AZ erbyn dim hwyrach na 3 Fibril 2020. Dylid nodi y gallai sylwedd unrhyw sylw y mae'r cyngor yn ei dderbyn fod ar gael i'r cyhoedd ei archwilio.

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (LOWER STREET, ST. ASAPH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 202 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Denbighshire County Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), and Part III and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers introducing prohibition of waiting and loading restrictions as stated in the Schedules below.
Exceptions will be provided in the proposed Order to permit waiting in the lengths of road referred to in Schedules 1 and 2 for the purposes of alighting, boarding, and works of maintenance, repair and the like, and in Schedule 1 only, also for loading and unloading.
Exceptions will also be provided in the proposed Order to allow vehicles displaying both a Disabled Person's Badge and a Disabled Person's Parking Disc to wait on the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 for a period not exceeding 3 hours (not being a period separated by an interval of less than 1 hour from a previous period of waiting by the same vehicle on the same day).
The Denbighshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 is to be revoked in so far as it relates to the lengths of road as referred to in the Schedules below, in all other respects the Order remains unchanged.
The relevant documents concerning the proposals can be read in more detail on the council's website and at St. Asaph Library, The Roe, St. Asaph, also at the council's offices at Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh and at its Ruthin offices at County Hall during normal opening hours.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should do so either by submitting responses to a questionnaire, to which the proposals relate, using Denbighshire County Council's website under County Conversation Portal, or by sending a written statement of objection, stating the grounds on which the objection is made to the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services, Denbighshire County Council, PO Box 62, Ruthin LL15 9AZ, by no later than 3rd April 2020. Please note that the substance of any representations the council receives could become available for public inspection.

SCHEDULE 1
No Waiting At Any Time
Lower Street.
1.1 Westerly side; from the projected northerly kerbline of High Street for a distance of 44 metres in a northerly direction.

1.2 Easterly side; from the projected northerly kerbline of High Street for a distance of 61 metres in a northerly direction.

SCHEDULE 2
No Loading/Unloading At Any Time Lower Street.
2.1 Both sides; from the projected northerly kerbline of High Street for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.
