NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - Small Lane, Mobberley

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, install new dual circuit for reinforcement of the network. Prohibition of traffic - Small Lane. Mobberley - From the junction with Wood Lane to the junction with Hobcroft Lane

The alternative route will be via Small Lane, Broadoak Lane, Smith Lane, Station Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route. The closures will be in place 24 hours a day

This order will come into operation on Monday 3 February 2020 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 21 February 2020.

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, install new dual circuit for reinforcement of the network. Prohibition of traffic - Wood Lane. Mobberley - From the junction with Small Lane to the junction with Breach House Lane

The alternative route will be via Small Lane, Pepper Street, Breach House Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route. The closures will be in place 24 hours a day

This order will come into operation on Monday 24 February 2020 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Tuesday 10 March 2020.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - Stanneylands Road, Wilmslow

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, new roundabout construction and kerbing works Prohibition of traffic - Stanneylands Road. Wilmslow - From outside number 49 to Linneys Bridge

The alternative route will be via Stanneylands Road, Station Road, Styal Road, Manchester Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route. The closures will be in place 24 hours a day

This order will come into operation on Monday 18 November 2019 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Wednesday 8 January 2020.

NOTICE OF MODIFICATION ORDER - SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 - The Cheshire East Borough Council Definitive Map and Statement (Addition of Public Footpath No. 21, Parish of Cranage) Modification Order 2019

The above Order, made on the 31 October 2019 under section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding a footpath:

Public Footpath No. 21 in the Parish of Cranage commencing at its junction with Carver Avenue (UY1192) at OS grid reference SJ 7511 6872 and running in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 33 metres to O.S. grid reference SJ 7513 6870 then turning to run in a generally south westerly direction for approximately 10 metres to O.S. grid reference SJ 7512 6870 then turning to run in a generally south south westerly direction for approximately 93 metres to O.S. grid reference SJ 7511 6860 and finally running in a generally south south easterly and southerly direction for approximately 40 metres to O.S. grid reference SJ 7512 6857 and its junction with Byley Lane (UY1102).

A copy of the Order and Map has been deposited and may be seen free of charge during normal office hours in the Rights of Way Unit at the office of the undersigned, and at the offices of Cheshire East Borough Council, Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach CW11 1 HZ. Copies of the Order and the Map may be obtained free of charge from the undersigned.

Any representations or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the undersigned, Public Rights of Way Unit, 2nd Floor Old Building, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ no later than the 31 December 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cheshire East Council may confirm the Order itself as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State, any representations and objections that have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
