ABERNETHY David John Margaret and Matt would like to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to all their relatives, friends and neighbours for their unfailing support, kind messages of sympathy, condolence cards, flowers and donations following the very sad loss of David. Special thanks to Heydays Care and Support especially all the carers for their daily understanding, friendship and kindness over the last 18 months. Doctors and Nursing Staff on Ward 9 Furness General Hospital for doing their utmost for David at the end. To Father Manny for a sincere and fitting tribute to David. Chetwynde Hotel for the excellent refreshments at the reception. Finally, a heartfelt thanks to Little & Caine, especially Paul, for his personal care and professional throughout.
