JACKSON Paul (Action) Pamela and family, would like to thank all family, friends and work colleagues, for the many lovely flowers, cards and messages received on the sad passing of Paul. Thanks to Preston hospital, District Nurses, Hospice at Home, Dr Hameed and Lakeland Care for all the care and support given to Paul. Special thank you to Stuart Matthews for the lovely service and Mike at Little and Caine for help with all arrangements, and finally all the donations received for the Hospice at Home.
