GRAVES Howard Kathy would like to thank all the family, friends, neighbours and former colleagues for their love and support, cards, messages, flowers and donations to St Mary's Hospice after the very sad loss of Howard. A special thank you to Helen Sugars and the Community Heart Failure team and UHMBT Cardiology team, to Dr Sarah Adams, Nurse Janice Lomas, reception staff and all at Dr Murray& Partners and to Cohens Pharmacy team at Ulverston Health Centre. Finally, thanks to Sacha, Sam and the team at Co-op Funeralcare and to Canon Paul Embery for their kindness and support in helping to make the funeral a fitting tribute to Howard.
