DATE John Norma, Nerissa, Lawrence and family would like to express their heartfelt thanks for the many cards and messages of condolence received following the loss of their much loved husband, dad and grandad, John. Special thanks to Sheldon (Funeral Services) Ltd for their kindness and efficient arrangements and to Fr Matthew for his ministrations. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all staff at Waterloo House Surgery, District Nurses and the wonderful staff of Furness General Hospital Oncology Unit, especially Jo, Macmillan Nurses, Stella and the nurses from St Mary's Hospice at Home. Grateful thanks also for the loving care John received from all the wonderful carers from Combe Domiciliary Care. Finally, to everyone who took the time to line the streets to pay their respects. We were deeply moved and grateful for your support as John would have been.
