FALLON John ( Jack) Ellen and family would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their Cards, messages of condolence and support over recent months. Special thank you to Creative Support Carers, District Nurses and St. Mary's Hospice Nurses, for all the care Jack received. To Ron Wilson for a lovely service, and Helen and Staff at Little and Caine for their help with the arrangements.
