CORBETT Frank Dot, Cath, Paul and family would like to express gratitude for the kind words, cards and flowers in respect of Frank's passing. Thank you to the Parkinson's Consultants and Emma Briggs, the Parkinson Nurse. Also, G.P. Surgeries at Dalton, Flookburgh and Ulverston. All the other Health and Social Care Professionals, especially Leanne Butler, Social Worker and the District Nurses for their attentiveness. Many thanks to Barrow and Blackpool Hospitals Urology Departments and Mr. Khan, Consultant Urologist. To all Staff at Bridge House and Elmhurst Residential Homes, for the unflinching kindness and support shown daily. Thank you to all within our hearts we are truly touched. Finally, to David and Carol for your weekly visits, being so much appreciated.
