MYERS Norman (Tony) Jean, Andrew and Tracy, Stacey and Richard, would like to gratefully thank all family, relations and friends for their kindness and support over the last few months, and the many cards of condolence, flowers and messages. Especially, the care given to Norman and the family from The Dalton District Nurses, St Mary's Hospice at Home team, Sarah from Macmillan Care and the Lakeland Care support team. Dr O'Donovan and Market Street Medical Practice, the Reverend Amy, for the Service and Pam at Little and Caine, Amy for the flowers and Paul at The Newton for the refreshments.
