ULLOCK Hazel Kevin, Sue, Les and family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for the support shown to mum and family throughout her illness and more recently for the many cards and messages of condolence and donations for St Mary's Hospice and Mesothelioma Trust UK. Special thanks to the District Nurses for their care, to Stuart Matthews for the funeral service, also Ulverston Sports Club for the refreshments and finally Little & Caine for all the arrangements.
