HARTLEY (nee Illidge) On 24th November, peacefully at her home. Patricia Anne (Pat) age 72 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Colin. Dearly loved mum of Susan, Stephen and Nicola. A devoted grandma of Daniel and Jack. Will friends please meet for a service at Thorncliffe Crematorium on Wednesday 8th December 2021, at 11.30am. Family flowers only please.
