KITCHEN Jack Passed away peacefully on 28th June 2020 aged 95 years. Beloved husband of the late Audrey, loving dad to Ken and Pat, father-in-law to Edwina and Brian, cherished grandad to Nicola, Gareth, Michael and Ayshea, special big grandad to Ruby, Chloe, Bella and Harry. A private service will take place on Wednesday 8th July. Family flowers only please, donations in Jack's memory may be sent direct to St Mary's Hospice.
