The house in Abbotsvale Gardens
A PLAN to demolish a house and build a new property has been approved.
Barrow Council has given the go-ahead for work to take place on the derelict house in Abbotsvale Gardens in Barrow.
According to plans, the house will be demolished and replaced with a 'high spec' single-storey property with an integrated garage.
Council officers approved the proposals.
