The award is dependent on genuine feedback from travellers and diners who have visited and provided a review on the platform over a 12-month period.
The accolade acknowledges the commitment of businesses to providing high-quality stays.
Grant Smith, the hotel's owner, said: "Winning the Travellers' Choice Award is a tremendous achievement for our entire team.
"As a top-ranked accommodation provider on TripAdvisor, this award validates our commitment to providing luxury stays.
"Guest feedback is paramount to our success, and this recognition motivates us to keep innovating and refining our offerings.
"We're excited to continue delivering unforgettable stays and look forward to welcoming new and returning guests to the White House here in Bowness."
John Boris, chief growth officer at Tripadvisor, said: "Travellers’ Choice honours businesses that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence.
"This means you have made such a memorable impact on your visitors that many of them took the time to go online and leave a great review about their experience.
"People rely on Tripadvisor’s Travellers’ Choice seal to help them navigate the myriad of things to see, eat and do across the globe.
"We hope this recognition continues to drive business to you in 2024 and beyond.”
The award is seen as a valuable and trustworthy indicator of top places to visit, and is considered a significant accolade in the travel and hospitality industry.
