A PUB is holding a fundraising event to support the people affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
The Clarence Pub, in Ulverston Road, Dalton, is doing a charity event on Sunday, March 5 with local artists to join funds for the disaster that affected thousands of people on February 6.
The pub will have a plethora of performances from local artists including, Mike Macaulay, Bob Qazi, Hayden J Barlow, Jonny Swift, Paul Nickson, Zac Whittle, Rick Currie and Steve D.
Inbetween they will be having a charity raffle, meat raffle and a charity auction.
All the funds raised at the event are in aid of the British Red Cross for the Turkish and Syria earthquake.
Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School in Dalton has raised £170.57 towards The Clarance Pub's earthquake appeal.
For those interested in attending the event doors will open at 2pm.
