Fitness enthusiasts in Cumbria were given a one-of-a-kind experience at an event in Dalton.
Joe Dunworth is the founder and head coach of JD Training and is known for his unconventional approach to fitness and community building.
Nine JD Training clients cooked for 70 fitness enthusiasts using the JD Training recipe books at Charley's Home and Garden Centre and received glowing reviews.
Joe Dunworth thanked several clients who played a key role in bringing his vision to life including Erin Browne, a Lake District photographer, Sam Procter, and Marc Charley, the owner of Charley's Home and Garden Centre.
Gemma Bosanko, another of Joe's clients, was instrumental in ensuring the event's success.
The event showcased the company's commitment to providing a unique and unforgettable experience for their clients, both in person and online.
Joe said: "We do things differently at JD Training.
"We have a truly unique community feel to our programmes, and this event was designed to bring our clients together in person.
"We will be meeting up at these in-person events six times throughout the year. The year will end with a huge JD Training wellness retreat."
JDs next intake starts on March 13. For more information and to sign up, follow Joe on Instagram: @jd__training.
