BARROW has only just recovered from a bout of panto fever, but The Forum is already getting prepared for the next one.

This Christmas' production of Peter Pan was the venue's most successful ever, breaking all box office records. It was the first time that Shone Productions had presented the pantomime at the venue, so it is no surprise that the company will be returning for a second year this December.

Tickets for this year's panto, Cinderella, are on sale at The Forum box office now.

This magical pantomime features a delicious blend of beautiful scenery, colourful costumes, a live band, dazzling dance routines, great songs and plenty of laughter.

Cinderella has always dreamed of leaving her dull life as a servant to meet a handsome Prince. After the announcement that Prince Charming is going to hold a royal ball, it seems she may get her wish after all, but with the Ugly Sisters around, who knows what will happen.

Maybe with the help of Cinderella’s Fairy Godmother and a generous helping of fairy dust, and a glass slipper, perhaps Cinderella’s wish could come true and she will live happily ever after?

Panto producer James Shone says: "I am so excited to be bringing Cinderella to The Forum - we had a great time producing Peter Pan last year.

"Once again the production will feature all the elements from last year’s show and even more to deliver this up-to- date pantomime version of the classic story Cinderella.

"There will be something for the whole family and I know that everyone

will have a great time."

Cinderella runs at The Forum from Wednesday December 13 to Thursday 30. Tickets are available from Monday.
